Schöne T Enzymaktivitäten des Leberzellstoffwechsels als Zielfunktionen für Wirkungen mineralischer Homöopathika - Berücksichtigung inhärenter methodischer Besonderheiten Dissertation. Hannover; 1991. | ||
| Abstract | The thesis in hand investigates effects of selected, homoeopathically prepared substances on special enzymes and subcellular structures of the rat liver. Distinct potencies of Kalium cyanatum, Molybdenum sulfuratum and Ferrum phosphoricum were used. The homoeopathics were given orally over a period of seven days. Each potency was administered to a group of six rats. The effects of these substances on marker enzymes of peroxisomes, mitochondria, microsomes and the cytosol were verified. The influence of time on the results was demonstrated. A method to neutralize this Influence was explored and discussed. The experiments revealed the following results: 1. The activity of the peroxisomal uricase was decreased by certain potencies of the applied substances. 2. The maximal effect was caused by the D8-potency. 3. All of the results were reproduced in additional examinations. 4. The activities of cytochrome-c-oxidase, NADPHcytochrome-P450-reductase, xanthine oxidase as well as glyeraldehyd-3-phosphate-dehydrogenase were not influenced by the substances applied. 5. The influence of the methods in use on the enzyme activities must be taken into account when interpreting the results. | |
