| Abstract | The homoeopathic preparations Conium and Mercurius phosphoricus were administered orally in several potencies to rats on seven consecutive days. The trial ran under blind conditions. Enzymes of three different subcellular compartments of the liver were investigated. All enzyme activities covered here reacted upon seven D8 single doses maximally. Dependent on the compartment and on the agent this reaction can mean maximal or minimal activation of the enzyme. Within the potencies investigated here according to the effect D8 marks a change of tendency. Thus, the relation between amount of agent and effect is not linear. | |
